Yes we can provide an estimate prior to undertaking final plans and certification.

Yes. We undertake the process from the very start to the handover of your proposed project.

Once the quote has been accepted, listed below is a guide of the standard process:

• Quotation is signed
• Contract if drafted and signed
• Certification undertaken
• Plans and engineering are signed (where applicable)
• Selections are undertaken (where applicable)
• Project is scheduled using Microsoft Project
• Start date is advised
• Materials ordered

It really depends on the scope of works to be undertaken. Our larger projects are scheduled using Microsoft Project.

Yes. Our construction supervisor will meet with you during the construction.

This depends on a few items such as whether the plans have been certified, whether selections have to be undertaken etc. We at B.C. Baxter Constructions have our own internal pre-construction process that we go through with the client prior to commencement. The size and complexity of this is dependent on the scope and size of the project.

Yes we undertake jobs and projects from the small jobs to large size full renovations, extensions and new homes.

This is outlined on the progress payments schedule within the building contract.
